Apricot Brandy Smash
Ingredients:
- Brandy 50ml
- Apricot jam 20ml
- Lemon juice 30ml
- Mint leaves a handful
Instructions:
Muddle mint leaves with apricot jam and lemon juice, add brandy, shake with ice, and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Brandy Alexander
Ingredients:
- Brandy 45ml
- Crème de cacao 30ml
- Heavy cream 30ml
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
Brandy Fizz
Ingredients:
- Brandy 45ml
- Lemon juice 20ml
- Soda water to top
Instructions:
Shake brandy and lemon juice with ice, strain into a glass, and top with soda water.
Brandy Highball
Ingredients:

- Soda water to top
- Lemon wedge 1
Instructions:

Brandy Mule

- Lime juice 15ml
- Ginger beer to top
Instructions:

Brandy Sour
Ingredients:
- Brandy 50ml
- Lemon juice 25ml
- Simple syrup 15ml
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:
- Brandy 15ml
- Champagne to top
- Angostura bitters a dash
- Sugar cube 1
Instructions:
Soak a sugar cube with bitters, place it in a flute glass, and top with Champagne. Add brandy and stir gently.
Pisco Sour
Ingredients:
- Brandy (Pisco) 60ml
- Lemon juice 30ml
- Simple syrup 15ml
- Egg white 1

Shake all ingredients without ice for 10 seconds, then shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a dash of bitters.
