- Islay Scotch (for float) 10ml

- Simple Syrup 15ml

Scotch Sour

- Lemon Juice 25ml
- Simple Syrup 15ml
- Egg White 1
Instructions:
Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled glass.
Whiskey Ginger
Ingredients:

- Ginger Ale 150ml
- Lime Wedge 1
Instructions:
