- Ginger Beer 100ml
- Fresh Lime Juice 15ml
Instructions:

- White Rum 30ml

Mojito
Ingredients:

- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Soda Water to top up

- Fresh Lemon Juice 25ml

- Egg White optional

- Apricot Brandy 15ml
