Highball

- Ginger Ale 150ml
Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice, add Scotch, and top with ginger ale. Stir lightly.
Penicillin
Ingredients:

- Honey Ginger Syrup 20ml
- Lemon Juice 25ml
- Islay Scotch (for float) 10ml
Instructions:

- Soda Water 150ml
