Clase Azul Mezcal has a smooth, smoky flavor that I enjoyed. It’s a bit pricey but worth it for special occasions. Definitely a keeper for my home bar!

Classic Margarita
Ingredients:
- Tequila 50ml
- Cointreau 25ml
- Fresh Lime Juice 25ml
- Salt for rimming
Instructions:
Rim a glass with salt. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into the glass.

Ingredients:
- Tequila 50ml
- Fresh Lime Juice 25ml
- Cucumber Slices 5 slices
- Simple Syrup 15ml
- Soda Water 100ml
Instructions:
Muddle cucumber and syrup in a glass. Add tequila and lime juice. Fill with ice and top with soda water.
Paloma
Ingredients:
- Tequila 50ml
- Grapefruit Juice 100ml
- Fresh Lime Juice 15ml
- Soda Water 50ml
- Salt for rimming
Instructions:
Rim glass with salt. Combine ingredients in the glass over ice.
Spicy Paloma
Ingredients:
- Tequila 50ml
- Grapefruit Juice 100ml
- Fresh Lime Juice 15ml
- Jalapeño Slices 3 slices
- Soda Water 50ml
Instructions:
Muddle jalapeño slices in a glass. Add tequila, grapefruit juice, and lime juice. Fill with ice and top with soda.
Tamarind Margarita
Ingredients:
- Tequila 50ml
- Tamarind Paste 25ml
- Fresh Lime Juice 25ml
- Simple Syrup 15ml
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass.
Tequila Collins
Ingredients:
- Tequila 50ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice 25ml
- Simple Syrup 15ml
- Soda Water 100ml
Instructions:
Shake tequila, lemon juice, and syrup with ice. Strain into glass and top with soda water.
Tequila Mojito
Ingredients:
- Tequila 50ml
- Fresh Lime Juice 30ml
- Fresh Mint Leaves 10 leaves
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Soda Water 100ml

Tequila Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- Tequila 50ml
- Agave Syrup 1 tsp
- Angostura Bitters 2 dashes
- Orange Peel 1 slice
Instructions:
Muddle agave syrup and bitters in a glass. Add tequila and ice, then stir. Garnish with orange peel.
Tequila Sour
Ingredients:
- Tequila 50ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice 25ml
- Simple Syrup 15ml
- Egg White 1
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients without ice, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a glass.
Tequila Sunrise

- Tequila 50ml
- Orange Juice 100ml
- Grenadine 15ml
Instructions:
Pour tequila and orange juice into a glass over ice. Slowly add grenadine and let it sink.
