Ingredients:

  • Single Malt Scotch 25ml
  • Sweet Vermouth 25ml
  • Fresh Orange Juice 25ml
  • Campari 25ml

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

Godfather

Ingredients:

  • Single Malt Scotch 50ml
  • Amaretto 25ml

Instructions:

Pour the ingredients over ice in a rocks glass. Stir gently and serve.

Highland Sour

Ingredients:

  • Single Malt Scotch 50ml
  • Fresh Lemon Juice 30ml
  • Sugar Syrup 15ml
  • Egg White 1

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify egg white. Then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Hot Toddy

Ingredients:

  • Single Malt Scotch 50ml
  • Hot Water 200ml
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Fresh Lemon Juice 15ml
  • Cinnamon Stick 1

Instructions:

In a mug, combine the hot water, honey, and lemon juice. Stir well. Add the Single Malt Scotch and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Penicillin

Ingredients:

  • Single Malt Scotch 50ml
  • Fresh Lemon Juice 20ml
  • Honey Syrup 15ml
  • Laphroaig (or similar peaty Scotch) 10ml

Instructions:

Shake the first three ingredients with ice, strain into a rocks glass over ice. Float the peaty Scotch on top.
