Dewars 27 Yrs has a smooth, rich flavor with subtle hints of oak and vanilla. While it is a bit expensive, the taste justifies it. I'd definitely consider buying it again for special occasions.

- Ginger Ale 150ml
Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice, add Scotch, and top with ginger ale. Stir lightly.
Penicillin

- Honey Ginger Syrup 20ml
- Lemon Juice 25ml
- Islay Scotch (for float) 10ml
Instructions:
Shake blended Scotch, honey ginger syrup, and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and float Islay Scotch on top.

Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled glass.
